Drying time depends on the product and conditions (temperature, humidity), but in general, surface drying takes 12 to 24 hours and complete drying takes 5 to 7 days.
When can the surface be walked on after application?
The surface can be used between 24 and 48 hours after application, depending on the type of resin used.
How long do your products keep once mixed?

What is the difference between your mineral and ceramic resins?
Mineral resin is more flexible and versatile, ideal for walls, floors or furniture.

We strongly recommend using a certified applicator, but some products can be used by experienced individuals.
What is the lifespan of your resins?
With proper installation and maintenance, our resins can last 10 to 20 years.
How to maintain a resin surface?
Use a mild cleaner without acid or bleach. Avoid abrasive products and all household cleaners based on black soap.
Regular maintenance prolongs the durability of the finish. We recommend using our Unikonet® maintenance product for regular cleaning of our resins.
Do your resins yellow over time?
No, they are formulated to resist UV rays and retain their original colour over time.
Do your resins have a hardness rating?
The hardness indices of our resins vary from 65 Shore D to 80 Shore D depending on the range selected.
How long do your products keep once mixed?
Depending on the range chosen, some of our resins can be stored for more than 7 days away from sunlight and frost.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, our resins are formulated with low VOC components and comply with European health and environmental standards.
Are they suitable for HQE or sustainable projects?
Absolutely. They are compatible with eco-friendly practices and offer great durability, limiting the need for frequent renovation.
On which surfaces can your resins be applied?
Our resins can be applied to concrete, tiles, plasterboard, wood and other compatible surfaces that have been properly prepared. A suitable primer is required depending on the substrate.
Should the old tiles be removed before application?
No, if the tiling is stable and well prepared, the resin can be applied directly onto it with a specific primer.
How many layers are needed?
In general, 2 to 3 coats are recommended: one primer coat, one or two coats of resin, then a finish (matt or gloss varnish).
How long does a full application take?
Depending on the project, the application takes between 2 and 4 days, excluding complete drying time.
Do you offer training courses?
Yes, we offer training courses at our centre and on-site assistance. These enable you to learn the correct method and obtain DMR Concept certification.
How to become a certified DMR Concept applicator?
By completing one of our official training courses and validating the required skills.
Are your introductory days really free of charge?
The introductory days at our test centre in Cournon d’Auvergne (63) are free of charge.
A reservation cheque for €150 is required upon registration to guarantee the participation of companies.
This cheque is returned to companies at the end of the introductory days.

To join the network of approved applicators, it is essential to attend our introductory days at the test centre. This prerequisite is essential in order to assess the professional craftsman’s ability to understand mineral and ceramic materials.
Do your products comply with current standards?
Yes, all our resins comply with European standards for safety, abrasion resistance, watertightness and VOC emissions.
Are they compatible with public access buildings?

Yes, the test report is available on our website.
Are they fire resistant?
Our resins have been tested in laboratories. With regard to fire resistance, the reports from the Aitex and Eurofins laboratories can be viewed and downloaded from our website.
What equipment is needed to apply the resin?
PARFAITE LISS, microfibre roller, mixer, sponge, protection for sensitive areas… A complete list is provided during training or on request.
